Shocking incompetence. They don't take customers seriously. They expose you to expenses and try to charge you undue fees. No responsibility for your mistakes. For their mistakes - because they forgot to send the annual settlement - the client pays. I highly do not recommend. Avoid this accountants if possible. Incompetent people. Charging for service they never done. Mistakes have to be paid by customers. When penatly from HMRC is coming because they forgot to send annual tax return guess who is paying. Definitely not recommended.
