I have been chasing for a resolution to a situation with TK tax now since Jan’ 25. I have not received what is owed and also have had no information given. I called again to the response from the receptionist “please stop calling… The accountant is busy with tax returns”. I would be happy with a response with some information related to my case but as I have seemingly been given the runaround I felt it necessary to raise a case with the financial ombudsman service. It seems that during April TK tax has insufficient time to resolve issues they were partly responsible for months prior. Would not recommend as poor experience so far.
