   A good accountancy firm that went right down hill when the old directors left. Poor advice and understanding of the most basic tax matters and they hide behind emails and trainees when you want to speak with them. I’ve just found out they my didn’t submit my self assessment in January despite having paid for it and having gone through the painstaking way they insist on doing business. I can’t wait to move my business elsewhere.
