A recommendation from a friend made me start using APH Accountants. From the get-go they have been very approachable, friendly and supportive. They are quick to respond to any questions and the best thing, you come away understanding the answer - win win situation. I have just recently had a 2 hour software training session with Paul and Joe. Paul always makes me feel at ease and Joe (who i think is new to the team) was brilliant. He showed me how to use the software and instantly picked up when I was struggling with it, and patiently showed me again! The bonus here was the training was free! (not often does that happen!). If you are starting out or looking for a new accountant, you wont go far wrong speaking to these guys.
