There was a data breach in January 2022, where the name, address, national insurance number, date of birth and passport details were stolen and ClearSky only notified me today, 13 December 2022! This is completely unacceptable. They should have notified all of their clients as soon as a data breach was detected. Will never work with them again.
ClearSky is very professional and their services are the best. Very friendly and quick on boarding process when founding a Ltd. Everything was solved within a few days including bank account for my new Ltd. My on-boarding coordinator, Hannah Dailey, was absolutely great. Everything went so smoothly and I can really recommend it.
