   Absolutely atrocious company. Calculated VAT incorrectly for a year and a half and said it just needed an “adjustment” leaving us in thousands of debt to HMRC. Filed numerous documents late including a VAT return, company year end accounts to companies house and failed to submit a corporation statement full stop, or tell us it even needed done until we got a threatening letter from companies house. Not what you pay an accountant for. No advice on any financial future planning, or even what is expected of you for each step of a limited company throughout a year. You’re just expected to send them everything they need at 4.10pm on a Friday when they request it, even though the date for filing being 2 days later on a Sunday and they don’t work a Sunday so it won’t be filed! Absolute joke, please avoid if you want your small business to succeed! Ripped off and put in a terrible financial position and she doesn’t care one bit. Just says don’t worry, make a payment plan with HMRC! Takes zero responsibility and zero interest in actually helping your company, does the bare minimum and will blame you for not sending things earlier, even when you didn’t know they needed sending. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
