Dissapointed with myself for using her. Fee doubled in 3 years. Caused untold problems for me. Not paid my bill when I sent her money. Doesn't answer calls. Never gets back to you. Have reported her to FCA for fraudulent activity. Disgusting service. Still dealing with debt collectors because of her. Avoid at all costs
AVOID SCAMMERS - Complete scammers. and/or Rocket Accounting. Appointed Liz to do my Ltd company accounts. Took the initial payment of £275 from me then another payment of £215. Never heard anything back from here. Stopped replying to what's-app messages, email etc she has disappeared into thin air. I now have a £100 late penalty charge from HMRC because my accounts were not submitted on time even though I have been messaging since November 2022 and asking when does she need my receipts/invoices etc and not heard a thing back. I know she is on What's-App daily because it shows when she was last online she is just ignoring my text, calls and messages. Lucky for me the fraud department of my bank are going to refund the money. I even went to the office and the staff in there said she is due in any time? left a message, nothing back.
DO NOT USE!!! My 20 year old son used Lizaran run by Liz Wignall to get a tax rebate from when he was self employed. Liz just basically robbed him, she claimed back £1200 and my son hasn't seen one penny of it. Lie after lie promising to pay him week after week. Police not interested as its a civil matter! She is just a thief DO NOT Use! Update, my son finally got all the money owed to him but only after a social media post about the way she conducted her business, it took months to get and after the posts on social media she paid him a few hundred at a time. She should not be allowed to trade
If i could give this woman 0 stars i would, worst accountant firm Ive ever dealt with. Constant lies and false promises takes money for services she cannot provide i would class it almost as a scam. * I WOULD RECOMMEND TO NEVER USE THIS FIRM*
Dreadful experience. Said she was doing my Company taxes for the deadline of April. lied to me several time about getting extensions from companies house, took my money and strung me along. i missed the deadline because of her, i have paid her and i have also now been fined by Companies House. She hasnt refunded my money, ignores me, and find her awful to deal with. AVOID AVOID AVOID Avoid at all costs, unprofessional, liar and will end up costing you more money.
Avoid this accountant at all costs. liz wignall( lizaran business services) also filed my latest tax return and has now gone AWOL!!!! I've repeatedly tried to make contact with her to try and recieved my tax refund and liz either doesn't respond or just ignores calls and voicemails!! I'm in the process of starting a small claims procedure for my sins!!!! if you want a hassle free tax return AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
The owner Liz Wignall has collected my husbands rebate money after she did his tax return in June and has paid very limited back (what she has paid has been under duress) and still owes a substantial amount. She has promised on numerous occasions to pay him and we even have it in writing from her but is now avoiding all contact and has not paid!!! Addendum: the money was eventually paid back ...at the end of the tax year - fee had still been collected and no compensation provided but he is just glad to have his hard earned money even if it was 10 months overdue!
