   Been with Swift for about 8 years now. Fantastic service from all the team. Nothing is too much trouble for them if you have a question. Really easy to get hold of. On the ball with everything like new rules/regulations that are enforced. Wouldn’t be without them for our business needs. Highly recommend.

   We have been using swift accountants for a number of years now since setting up our landscape business. They have helped massively having gone from a sole trader to a limited company and having no knowledge about the paper work side, tax, VAT etc. Always very happy to answer our 100’s of questions and emails when we are a little confused and been into the office a few times to help us further.    Communication is inconsistent, the understudies are very responsive, but the director Rob is not. He missed and ignored countless emails from my husband. Our relationship swiftly deteriorated since moving over to Rob’s books. Our company has received misinformation, fines, and penalties all whilst been ‘looked after’ by Rob and his team. I personally tried to speak to Rob about finding a solution after sharing our concerns with his understudy. He took things personally and removed us from his books without consent. He was very abrupt, cold, and argumentative on the phone. Causing me to get upset and subsequently have a panic attack. I have never been spoken to like that by anyone. It was awful. He did try and call me back, but I could not speak. After declining to help us, he back tracked and offered support. We accepted but did not receive it. We have since found a different accountancy firm but are still awaiting statements to be sent to us. Rob has ignored emails from my husband from the 20th May and 9th June. Just awful service. This is our personal experience in dealing with Rob. However, some of his team members are not this way at all. Gemma and Tom (to name a couple) were both extremely helpful and tried their best to help. The failings are with their director.
