CEJ are absolutely brilliant. Super responsive to calls and emails. They explain everything clearly so someone like me who has no idea about corporation tax etc can understand how everything has been calculated. Everything is paid on time. No issues at all with HMRC. Highly recommend.
Was extremely disappointed in the service I received. Initially I had a introduction call with Peter about completing my end of year Tax reports for my Ltd company. He assured me they could be completed within a week. After 6 weeks, I was finally sent over my tax returns. Looking at them they were completely wrong. I went back to Peter with the missing details. However, Peter and the rest of the team just completely blanked my emails and phone calls after this. I reached out to the CEO Bryan who I had used about 10 years ago for another Ltd company of mine, but again I had no response. Not the service you would expect from an professional accountancy firm.
