Been working with Stuart for 2 years. Very reliable, always provides good advice and happy to talk through stuff with me and provides great value for money too.
After starting off as an efficient and effective service, they seem to have gone significantly downhill. They have become unresponsive (not replying to emails) and did not inform us until the last minute that their bookkeeper that we had used for some period had left the company. This caused significant disruption to us that could have been easily avoided with better and more upfront and timely communication from them. I do hope that they can 'get their act together'. There has also been an unexpected bill that HMRC have sent us that they say is overdue; yet were not made aware that anything was due.
