   I had an excellent experience with ST Property Maintenance. Sergey did a great job replacing my old garden gate. I had been looking for someone who could convert it into a sliding type, and it was very difficult to find anyone willing to take on the job. Sergey came over and explained how he was going to do it and what type of materials he would use. The workmanship was high quality, the service was professional, and everything was completed on time. I’m very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Sergey and ST Property Maintenance to anyone looking for reliable and skilled work.
