   I called Mark around 9:30 in the morning but got no answer. Thirty minutes later, he called back saying, "I've had a missed call from you.". We arranged a slot for the following day, but he mentioned he could come the same day if there was a cancellation. At 11:30, he called again, saying, "I can be there in 30 minutes." Ninety minutes after his arrival, two broken Dysons were repaired, and another was serviced—all for under £160. Excellent value for money, much cheaper than buying even one replacement. It's rare these days to find someone who calls back, goes out of their way to meet your needs, and gets the job done promptly. Mark is a true professional, providing service with the quality of days gone by. I wholeheartedly recommend him—and it’s not just Dysons he fixes!

   Mark came out to repair my Dyson upright vacuum at very short notice. Dyson are not cheap so I was keen to see if he could get it going again. He had it fixed in no time and his price was very reasonable. I can highly recommend him.

   Rang up to see if Mark was able to fix my Dyson but it turned out I was to far away but he still took the time to ask what the problem was and actually managed to help me regardless. He could of ended the call at the beginning but he didn’t and now my Dyson is hopefully back working. Thanks very much for helping me out. Amazing service
