    Not sure if your truck was from this depot. I thought I’d write a review on my experience this morning about 8:20am. One of your trucks was driving up on to the Birchwood expressway and nearly hit me. I had to slam on. Whoever was driving clearly shouldn’t be and doesn’t understand that going round a roundabout and joining a dual carridgeway, means staying in your lane and not nearly hitting drivers going past you.

    Charles came to rescue my mum and I after a lorry ploughed into the side of us. The insurance company were bloody useless on the phone and then told Egertons to leave us at a service station but Charles went above and beyond and took us to a nearby station so we could actually get home! Lovely man. Deserves a pay rise.

    Waited 3 weeks for my sons car to be moved from a garage literally 3 minutes away from them after an accident. Insurance cant be sorted until they move it. Always the same excuse, we have a backlog.

    Not sure why you have to rate them any stars at all. I am currently on Lymm service station where I believe they have a base. Green Flag first told me I would be recovered at 8pm Thursday and after several failed promises the latest promise is 3:20 am Friday.

    worst company ever. we have 15 vans on the road. company eta 16:30 company driver rings and say he will be here at 1610. i receive a call at 1645 stating we have more jobs near manchester to attend to first. all be it . i was placed on priority as i have a child. and on motorway. Avoid this company. even if its subcontracted DO NOT USE. BELIEVE ME. AVOID
