Called Mark to have a look at our 25 year old Sony music centre which had stopped working. We were reluctant to take it to the tip - Mark came the next day, diagnosed and fixed a faulty connection with the speakers, tested it, and we can now play our vinyl again (and CDs too). We are so pleased. Great to find a local, expert audio technician. Strongly recommend- thanks Mark!

My TV stopped working and Mark had it fixed and returned to me within a matter of days for a very reasonable price. Mark clearly explained the nature of the problem and called me to check the price of ordering replacement parts before doing so. All in all a superb service, and very handily he'll come pick up the TV from you if you don't drive. Very satisfied.
Thank you so much for getting my old hi fi up and working again. Now enjoying listening to my favourite music, taking me back to my teenage years. Tape deck and radio now working fully, so together with the record player, can play all the music I have. Brilliant service, fast turnaround, easy to find and even helped me carry to the car. Mark has repaired our Bang and Olufsen 9500 which we have had for many years. He collected it and said he couldn’t promise a repair - but he did and it sounds great.
