   Had a burst in a water pipe in roof space of bungalow that caused a lot of damage. Contacted Philsan and got amazing response and help from Phil. Arranged appointment and arrived, identified the problem and repaired within the hour. He also checked over the heating boiler that was showing a fault. Recharged the system, started the boiler and cleared an air blockage that ensured the house was heated (and drying out !). Good to find a responsive, personable and professional tradesman when you need them most.

   I cannot recommend Philip and Kieran enough. We had them round for a quote for an issue with our radiators, they were on time, professional and their quote was very reasonable. When they came back to do the job, they were friendly, knowledgeable and carried out the work to a very high standard. They were brilliant and even chatted to my children. I am really happy and grateful to have working radiators and will definitely use Philsan again should we need to!

   We had a leak under our bath upstairs with water going through the light fittings downstairs which left us with no water as khad to turn it off.Called Philsan and left a message and within 10 minutes Phil called me back. His lads were busy and although Phil is semi retired he came out within the half hour and fixed the problem for a good price. I can only say tradesmen like Phil are few and far between now who was the complete gentleman, very pleasant and professional. Thanks Phil for pulling us out of the mess we were in and I can't recommend him and his company highly enough.
