Called at 9am with a rough idea of the part I needed they went and checked the size for me verifying it was this bit I needed and had it ready for collection.    you had 3 weeks + to review if you can do the job on my car. 2 calls to confirm what needs doing and on what car. You quoted the job just to tell me on the day that you cannot. You clearly do not do any research beforehand dont you? Just wasted time, money on Uber, car could have been done already but now I had to book another place and get issue addressed in place which actually know what they are doing. Any would you tell me you need to CUT exhaust? Mad

   Excellent service I took my gearbox here after I stripped it down hoping I could repair it myself and failed took the gearbox to him in a what looked like a million bits they rebuilt it with new bearings the very next day absolutely brilliant service and great people

   I own a garage was using these. I always let my customers deal with them because the price was that dear so they don’t think I was adding lots of money on . I had sent a gearbox for a full recon got gearbox back went wrong with under 600 miles sent back to them for them to ring customer and say we have not put oil in the gearbox and they would not pay the labour but would fix the problem as a good in will. so I was left out of pocket and loss of a customer Now I use engine and gearbox @ Workington they are a lot cheaper and do a top job
