   Had a problem with my screen on a TV given to me by my mother. It had a burn mark on the lower part of the screen from a wax burner that was too close to the TV and it eventually began to develop vertical lines. I phoned up enquiring about it, got it picked up the next day and had a new TV within 2 days. Excellent quality service and price too.

   What a service !! Ariel damaged, mid December. Arrived on time, fault traced within 10 minutes, new ariel fitted, big climb in difficult weather, normal service resumed. price totally reasonable.
