   Chris and Shaun did an amazing job of replacing my boiler. They responded to my request quickly, sourced a new boiler the same day and fitted it for me the next morning. They were professional, knowledgeable, calm, reassuring, clean and tidy, did the job efficiently, and made sure everything worked properly before they left. They also helped me out with a leaky bathroom tap while they were here. I was so impressed with their service and can highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

   Good pricing, worked quickly, professionally and to a high standard. Chris went the extra mile for us checking the gas pipe for the hib for safety when doing our boiler and found there to be a leak. Felt confident in his work and he left no mess.    Initially found Chris using Google Maps to find a local plumber. His 5 star reviews are totally genuine- I was more than happy with Chris’s efficiency over WhatsApp, would respond late at night and was very efficient on the day of repairs and a boiler service. Expected him to be around all day but he worked so quickly he was no longer than an hour or two. Have already told my neighbours about him and they’re in the process of reaching out to him as well. If you want someone reliable and efficient, here he is!

   I called Chester Plumber when I had water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom and feared the worst. After a call a d some photos, Chris was able to arrange a plumber to come within 3 hours who got the job done with no problems. As the fix was simpler than expected, he offered a discount as well, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

   Never used Chris before but needed emergency callout on a Sunday evening, as had a leak on heating system in house. Chris arrived within 30mins. Came across polite, friendly and really professional. Did a proper job - drained system, cut out all the affected joints on hot/return legs, and replaced/soldered in all new pipe before refilling and testing. Given response and quality of workmanship I think price was more than fair!

   Excellent service from the Chester Plumber. Chris identified the problems with our boiler ( missed by a previous plumber ) fitted all new required parts and we now have a fantastic working boiler, like new. I highly recommend this company - especially having been let down by a previous company. All work and new parts were very reasonably priced indeed. It was good to finally find someone reliable and professional. We will now always use Chester Plumber in the future.

   Chris and Shaun completed a full bathroom installation at our home and replacement of our existing boiler and some radiators. Our existing bathroom was fully ripped out including removing tiles and roof paneling. Chris provided advice on what would work well for the size of our bathroom, listening to my specific requirements. He gave me options to choose from and measured everything up. Making it stress free. Chris kept me informed, answered all my questions and completed the work in the agreed timescales. Very professional. Would recommend. Pics attached. Not yet painted as we chose to do this ourselves.
