The lads sorted my ebike problem out in very quick time. It had baffled me for days. Very helpful friendly guys, highly skilled and competent. I would certainly use again. Highly recommended.
Yes bought a dnm rear shock for my e,bike and on putting the bushings in I ruined one of them so I took it in yesterday and they fixed my new ones in for me so no matter big or small they will sort it for you so thanx again from ste.
Met Colin at my local tip and asked did he repair bikes, he said he had a shop called The Bike Works in Skelmersdale, so I asked could he repair my sons fold-up bike, he told me to bring it in and he would have a look, collected it two days later, did a fantastic job on it and didn’t cost too much to repair, definitely would recommend this shop and Colin was very professional and knowledgeable. The bike was on its last legs (or wheels) as I had left it in the open for over 12 months and weather had got at it but looks and works brilliantly. Taken my scooter in for a new charging port last Friday and had to leave it over the weekend which I was expecting anyway. It was ready first thing the following Monday, I took it back Tuesday as I realised my light was also not working, I rang the shop and they told me to bring it in and fixed free of charge which I was over the moon with! It’s been 100% working fine since. I couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommended!! Cheap prices. Excellent customer service skills and very well spoken fellas. Won’t be going else we’re. Guy just wasn't professional! If he doesn't want to deal with me and what I have to say, I walk out with my boys! I know my budget was low, but still mate, be a professional! Good quality bikes in the shop however! And even on your reply You show no professionalism! I understand You are busy, but at the time, there were no people waiting and You know I'm right! You didn't even listen what I have to say, You just heard ebay and started panicking! Anyway, good luck to You, and how I say, welcome to Skelmersdale!
