Great service. Clear pricing policy stated at the start of the process and appointment time was agreed and kept to. Machine could have been repaired but excessive parts cost made it more sensible to buy new; Ian fitted the new integrated machine for me the same day it was delivered. Highly recommend.

Josh came to repair our dishwasher and did an excellent job. He was polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated how he kept me updated on what he was finding and how the repair was going, and he got it done quickly. The lady who took my call for booking was also polite and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use them again if needed!
Would highly recommend this local company. I live in Childwall, L16 and both Ian and Josh came and installed my new washing machine and took away the broken one. They were friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second job they have done for me as they have also fixed my mums cooker in Rainhill L35 and my mum said they were great. Thanks again lads.

Excellent service. Ian arrived on time, had the necessary parts and fixed the machine within 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend him.
I phoned Ian regarding error message displayed by my dishwasher. He arrived the same day and explained his options. Error message indicated the heating pump may be an issue. Replacement was quite expensive but Ian confirmed pump was OK and identified a much cheaper part as the cause of machine breakdown and was able to repair the machine immediately. He is a professional, dependable and friendly technician
