   I tried to get my laptop keyboard (issues with c an d keys) repaired a while back and instead of replacing the entire keyboard as his own colleague saidd he would have to, he instead tried to just fix something on the mother board and when not even a day later my keyboard was acting up again he only spent a few hours with it claiming a deeper clean woul fix it (or that I should just press my keys harder which holding a key for 5 minutes just for a slim chance of it working is so what I paid for). My laptop was tolerable for a few days after but has progressively grown worse. Frankly the fact that on the second visit i asked him directly to just order the replacement part, of course willing to pay the extra £60 on top of the original £60), and he ignored my request to try his own repair (that I stress has not worked and my c and d key are 80% unresponsive or then output far too many extra of the letter, this is a problem for my university work). Go somewhere else unless you want to buy a vape I guess.

   I went in thinking I needed a new charging port and was quoted £100 to repair. The gentleman explained if he opened my phone it would no longer be waterproof and cleaned the charging port free of charge which resulted in fixing my issue. Absolutely wonderful service and an honest business - honestly highly recommend.
