They responded very quickly and understood the problem straight away. Came when they said they would and were very efficient. Cost of repair was reasonable. Would recommend.
Excellent service. Ewan is a highly professional appliance engineer who has diagnosed and repaired multiple appliances at our tenanted houses in Chester. And John provides great customer service. Always pleasant and helpful to deal with. Responds promptly. Gives clear assessments of repair/replace options. Highly recommended.
I honestly cannot praise John and Ewen enough for the fabulous service they offer me consistently year after year. I have had Fridge repairs, oven repairs, washer repairs, tumble dryer repairs, washer replacement, tumble dryer replacements, oven/cooker replacements they really do offer a top class service with good honest old fashioned service. Thank you guys.
Excellent service. Proper traditional skilled engineer who turned up on time, same day of calling and repaired there and then. Even set clock on the oven! Worth the fee just for that!
Fixed my De Dietrich oven! Two other Chester based companies (both with high google ratings) did not want to touch it (too complex for them apparently!). Oven temperature about 50 degrees lower than set temperature. R&S Appliances' Ewan turned up on time, performed some tests and diagnosed the fault. It's now working again! Thank-you Ewan.

I am basing this review on when we dealt with RS a few years ago; but the hope is they still provide the same standard of service (I'm about to recommend them so we'll find out!). There was no fuss, they were efficient, took away the old machine and suggested the kind of washing machine which would be suitable (a Bosch). If you're looking for rings and bells they may not be the right company and I don't know what their range of machines are- but our machine hasn't had any problems (we only use it on 2 or 3 different washes on the reduced time cycle) and I've been happy with the outcomes. I think I tried the wool cycle once and it wasn't successful but 30 degrees cycle is fine.
