   I recently had my bike MOT'd and a service done here. The booking process on their website for the MOT is a brilliant idea and makes it alot easier than having to ring somewhere and then the back and forth of trying to find a convenient date and space available etc. The website shows you all availability and you simply select you're time / date, fill in you're personal & bike details and click the button, and it's all booked in. It even sends you a reminder! The garage is a very professional set up and the staff were all very welcoming, polite and clearly very experienced technicions. The work was carried out to a very high standard at a very competitive rate, I won't hesitate to use these lads again.

   Great guy's don't get me wrong, super friendly, great place, but £150 for just an oil change and filter felt a little steep considering I'd just had my car completely serviced for £10 less at a garage in Lymm. May be a little fault on my part for not asking before hand, but genuinely wasn't expecting it to cost so much.

   I feel very lucky to have such a friendly, helpful and trustworthy garage open up practically on my doorstep. Didn’t know these guys existed until 6 months ago but now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had my bike in for fork seals and a couple of other bits and all work was carried out flawlessly, even called me to let me know that the work was delayed a day due to the wrong parts arriving. Also had my MOT there and could not be happier, such a genuine place which feels like more and more of a rarity these days! These guys really know bikes and love what they do. I could go on forever, just bring your bike here from now on and you can’t go wrong.

   Had a service plus brake pads chain and sprockets and MOT. They also had my tank and wheels resprayed and fitted new fairings.(from black to Suzuki standard blue).The service was fantastic and all done to my requirements.i was kept informed throughout the process with timescales etc. The owner was friendly and very knowledgeable. The cost for everything that was done was much cheaper than I anticipated and I’m over the moon. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place. Five star service and will definitely be using these guys for any future work I may require.

   Great service at a reasonable price, the guys did a great job repairing my Ducati and they are really easy to talk to. They did exactly what they said they would do at an agreed price and never went over. I can highly recommend them and I will definitely be giving them repeat business.

   John @ NW Motorcycles carried out an oil change, brakes upgrade, suspension review and bodywork touch up to my GSX650F. His customer service was excellent and he carried out the work in a week (we both thought it would take at least 2 weeks). His knowledge and explanations to a Rusty rider gave me absolute confidence in the work and I would heartily recommend NW to anyone. Great guys there and great value work.

   Used Northwest Motorcycles to order a bespoke brake hose that was proving extremely difficult to get hold of. John was very knowledgeable and accommodating and managed to get the cable made up and in my hands within 2 days. Would highly recommend using Northwest Motorcycles.

   The guys couldn't be more helpful when I took my moped in for a service a couple of months back. My battery was running a bit flat, so while my bike was waiting to be serviced they put it on charge for me. Super grateful and will definitely be back!

   Took my front wheel in for a tie fitment - couldn’t be happier with the service received. John called me to discuss some issues with previous fitment by another shop, namely a few problems caused by poor workmanship. He then went out of his way to sort the issues out, and gave me a ton of advice on the topic - none of which he had to do, could easily have just fitted the tube and left it at that. Very happy with this experience, and will be coming back for any other work my bike requires in the future.
