   Can't praise workmanship enough!!!! Id had a previous agency out. Got charged £70 call out. Told me it was fixed. It wasn't, they returned and tokd me to scrape my machine!!! Penny lane came out. Identified problem, repaired within 30 mins. £89. Magnificent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   What a fabulous service from beginning to end! I rang on a Saturday morning and asked if we could get this Bosch washer/dryer delivered the following Monday. No only did they do that at such short notice but also organised a fitter for us who took the old machine away then installed and tested the new one. Everyone i dealt with in the office and the fitter, were so pleasant and professional. So glad we bought from them

   I was charged a very fair price for a washing machine repair. The engineer wore a mask and carried anti bac wipes which was reassuring. The job was done quickly and efficiently as I had informed them of the problem beforehand.I was given a receipt (paid by credit card) and a guarantee for the repair as well, something we do not often see these days. The engineer was very pleasant and efficient and I would recommend his services based on my experience.
