One of the very best Customer Service garages I have ever dealt with. Whether it be sales or on this occasion - service for a warranty repair, the level of customer service is second to none.
I'd booked in for a diagnostic for an amber warning light & have to say the customer service here was excellent. Very friendly & efficient, everything had been prepared & communication throughout meant I could manage my time. They disgnosed the problem, fixed it, all hassle free. I would happily recommend Liverpool Van Centre!
Fantastic service from Sonny at VW Van Centre, who went above and beyond . Really excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble. I was informed of progress at every stage of the progress of my suspension rebuild and great to have video of work also. Mechanic has made a big difference, my driving experience is now much better I was very impressed with the level of workmanship and customer care. I would definitely recommend on my recent experience. Thanks also to Sonny and Val for bring van back which saved me a lot of time (and it had received a lovely wash)
I have used the VW Centre for many years to maintain my campervan and have always been happy with the work carried out. The team are always pleasant to deal with. I would like to thank Mark White on this occasion when my campervan was in for a Haldex oil change. He went above and beyond to sort a hire van for me when my dog was ill so I could rush home. Campervan sorted, my dog well again, happy customer thank you.
I've used the service centre for my Crafter van 3-4 times over the past 3 years and can't fault them - they are helpful answering questions about my van and explaining the work and things like the extended warrantee and service contracts. It's peace of mind - they know what they are doing and get the work done quickly and on time. I'd recommend them - they're helping me to look after my van properly.
The service I receive is of the highest standard. The whole team are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They keep you updated as to progress and explain in detail what has been done on collection. They see things from the client’s perspective which virtually guarantees excellent customer service. Since first using the van centre I have received this level of service every time. I have never considered going anywhere else.
Not sure what was done. I booked in for the minor service from my plan as agreed but when collecting my vehicle they said they’d changed the service to a major service. Not happy as no discussion with me about the change and the vehicle at under 5000 miles did not need the major service at this stage. Feel exploited by Volkswagen.

I had an MOT and Full service, plus a good check over and a good tune up. I am always happy to leave my Camper with VW Van Centre as I know they have high standards and will always tell me what I need to know. My vehicle is 16 years old but looks and drives as a much younger van thanks to good servicing.
