   Rang this number to look at fridge freezer and he said firmly that he doesn't look at fridge freezers. I pointed out he had rave reviews for his fridge-freezer fixing and he said No idea where they came from, doesn't do them! Maybe not his fault, but weird.

He took a look at the hob and within 10 minutes he got it to work, gave us lots more tips and helped change a light fitting.
