Without a doubt the best repair show i have ever used The staff are so knowledgeable, helpful and honest They always find the best solution and give excellent advice I would recommend this shop to everyone
Very friendly staff. Needed PS4 fixed (HDMI). Price was very fair and was kept informed the whole time. Would definitely recommend and will be back if I have anything else that needs repaired
Absolutely awesome service. Didn't know they had left Kirkby but he arranged pick up and drop off of my daughter's Nintendo switch. It was gone less than 4 hours and was fixed. My daughter is absolutely thrilled as her left joycon rail had come lose and the joycon would not connect. This is the second switch I've had fixed one was draining battery in under 5 mins and they swapped that out and replaced the battery same day also. I'd highly recommend zygone to anyone needing repairs on consoles.

Bizarre customer service experience. Sent a website enquiry which No1 ever called regarding. Called 2 days later, and was passed to a guy who told me the upgrade i wanted was "pointless" unless I was into CAD design or Photoshop. "Well yes, I CAD design on it" I replied. Maybe he should of asked why I was looking for the upgrade in the first place? Was told I should do the upgrade myself. Brilliant.
All good. Screen smashed repaired after email conversations. The vibrate function stopped working after the screen was fixed didn't realise until I got home. Returned and repaired the next day excellent customer service.
Went into the Huyton Shop today with two broken iphone's Cracked screens. Absolute scorching day, too hot to be in work. They had a fan blowing keeping themselves cool. Regardless of the conditions. I received a brilliant service from the staff. A speedy repair within the hour and very reasonably priced. One happy customer. 5 star service.
