Out to extort money via warranty claims! Not interested in getting to the actual truth as to why a screen has failed! Avoid at all costs!

Had a problem with Samsung 75” tv, reported to Costco who arranged for H&H to repair under warranty. Contacted same day by their office, arranged for repair two days later. Carn and Lewis arrived at 9am sharp, I asked if they wanted a cup of tea or coffee, both replied no. Was unsure as to why but went to make myself a coffee, walked back in room after making cup of coffee, they had almost finished. They had removed defective screen and replaced it in the time it took to make a brew. They explained that’s why they didn’t have a brew, they were like a slick machine, worked flawlessly and clean. Thanks for the great work.
Terrible service! Avoid if you can. I was referred to them via Samsung. They couldn't be bothered to fix and just told me I had to pay them so that they could report that back to Samsung. Never had to such an awful experience. It's put me off samsung products for life. Scumbag company using slapdash and lazy repair services.
H&H had my TV for 3 weeks as a under warranty of John Lewis. Allegedly awaiting a part(s). All in all, over 4 weeks without the set including time spent by John Lewis getting it to and from them. No communication and I wished I had tried another local repair business, as even paying for repair I would not have been without my TV for this long.
Could not have asked for better service. Ken who visited our flat was fantastic and Emma who answered my phone calls was helpful and friendly. Recommended to everyone! Thanks again for the quick turnaround time.
Incredibly poor service. I have advised Samsung to reconsider their services as a repairs partner. Avoid if you can.
As our broken Bush TV was still under warranty we were put in contact with this company. After having the TV for two weeks with no contact we had to chase them up to be told said TV can't be fixed. We've been given no case number to forward to Argos, no phone number to call, nothing. We've just been handed the TV back and told we need to arrange a swap for a new one. Argos and Bush have been equally awful. Terrible communication and customer service from all companies mentioned. Avoid if you possibly can.
