shocking customer service by julie. only called to get a quote for some scratches on my car, made to feel like an inconvenience and was rudely and abruptly told that “they don’t have the time for it”. either they don’t have the time or they can’t be arsed because i’m a young girl as someone who works in retail/customer service you could really do with some training hun x

Signposted by insurance company, confirmed three times with me I needed a courtesy car (which is included in my policy) only to be told three weeks later that they didn’t have any available for another two months. Told insurance company I wasn’t even booked in when they rang. Sorted an alternative car myself only then to be told the parts are infinitely unavailable so I eventually completely gave up on them. I’m left with severe bumper damage which is held together with gaffa tape. PLEASE CONFIRM THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ORDER, FIT AND FIX YOUR CAR before you waste your time with them

My husband got his car fixed here through zurich and the customer service lady on the phone was obnoxious rude and has obviously never recieved any customer service training. She had a bad attitude and was very unhelpful also the work took well over longer than anticipated for a small job, would never ever use this garage through choice after such a terrible experience
I needed an estimate for a small dent on my Audi A4. The internet suggests that you are Audi approved...dissappointed. This was the only garage who refused to help seemingly too busy to be bothered. I received 3 quotes taking no more than 10 minutes of their time. Nice customer service guys..by the way I accepted an estimate £1273 pounds you won't be getting of my money.
