My dishwasher went on strike the week before Christmas! John from WeFix was so helpful. He took the time to investigate the problem and identified the root cause. I’m happy to say that my dishwasher is now working again. Thanks John! Very professional service and I would recommend highly.
My washing machine was vibrating quite badly. I called someone through an insurance company they came and just replaced the bushes on the washer it was still the same. I called my insurance company again and they sent out Wefix Appliance repair company. The engineer called Nathan took one look at it and said what it was opened up the washer tightened up the weights in the front of the washer and it’s quite and all sorted brilliant service. Nathan had a better idea than the last engineer and was very helpful and polite and knew what he was doing.
At a time when people are quick to spread bad news, it's only right that great service should be recognised. I was just on the verge of spending £1,500 on a new fridge, when WeFix were recommended to me. From the very first phone call with a really polite and helpful lad on the phone, to both engineers that came out (initial visit to diagnose the problem, then another to fix), the service and value for money was excellent. Thanks WeFix, you've saved me a small fortune and restored my faith in smaller independent repair firms!
Thank you to everyone at WeFix for fixing my fridge freezer. From the moment I made the call to the engineer arriving I felt in safe hands. All the staff that I spoke to were very friendly, polite and professional. I arranged an appointment, the night before they text me to let me know if I would be morning or an afternoon slot. Tom arrived, took time to listen to what the issue was and set about fixing it - which he did there and then! And for good measure he completed a diagnostic test to check if there were any more faults. Fantastic service, will definitely use them again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Ruined my mother’s kitchen doors in September. Blamed it on the engineer having mental health problems. (Data protection breach by the way Suzanne!) Suzanne asked my mother to get a quote for the doors! Email, phone calls and pictures all as evidence! Now speaking to Suzanne today 14/05/25, who is now backtracking saying that she has not admitted liability for her engineer ruining my mothers doors, even though she told my mum to get a quote for the doors work that out???? Asked to speak to her boss, which she told me she was the manager! I wanted to speak to her boss! I will be taking this to court unless you ring my mother either with the money for the damaged doors or a whole kitchen of brand new doors take your pick! Now saying the quote is too high and that the kitchen fitter was a family friend which is untrue and basically saying the quote was fabricated. Even though we went to the original kitchen provider! You have left a vulnerable woman of 70 with a partner with advanced vascular dementia with this stress for 7 months I hope you’re ashamed of yourself Suzanne! All my mum wanted was a new fridge freezer with no stress avoid this company like the black plague
I needed repair to heating elemement of my oven. Excellent service, good price; the quote was lower than all other quotes I had previously. Repair guy arrived within time frame and did a swift job, going above and beyond to make sure my appliance was fully functional. Would use again and recommend.
Would give zero stars if I could have waited since 12th December for our first visit, had four engineer visit and still not fixed today. It’s the 23rd of January and the call was first logged with them on 3/12/22. Wrong parts ordered numerous times. Dangerous work done by one engineer. Who left the machine switched on with live wires. The engineer on the third visit couldn’t believe what he had done. One engineer needs to learn to use the toilet as he left a right mess and also scratched my floor. Absolutely shocking shocking service. I will be complaining to the company who give out these contracts. I have a five month old baby. And it had cost us an absolute fortune going to the laundrette because of their appalling service. AVOID!!!!
Thank you wefix. Only £60 call out, which includes, fault diagnosis and labour cost with only cost of parts to be added, is a refreshingly fair and reasonable price to pay in a world of soaring prices. Friendly, helpful staff, fantastic service and an engineer who was on time, efficient and fixed my washing machine in 30 minutes with NO MESS or fuss (not easy with a machine full of stinky water.) Will definitely be using Wefix again and would recommend them to anyone.
Used We Fix a few times now to sort out a faulty oven. Honestly, I couldn't be any more complimentary. Trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I am covered with domestic and general, who use this company when subcontracting the work. I reported the repair 5 weeks ago…. my washing machine is still not fixed. After suffering loss of reports, wrong parts, lies, no shows to appointments with no phone calls… complete lack of communication I reported this to domestic and general, who after investigating the case have admitted this company where at fault completely. D and G have now had to provide a brand new machine and offer compensation, due to this company’s appalling service…. Do not use them…. Terrible
