Very helpful to me, the DIY novice. I had to replace a fan oven heating element and this shop had the item in stock. The owner is very knowledgeable and was able to provide one or two 'tricks of the trade' in order to get the job done. And he was quite happy to offer advice over the phone too. Very recommended for your DIY jobs.
