   I've been having ongoing issues with video calls lagging, especially when sharing my screen, which is a big part of my work. I reached out to FHJ Computer Support to see if someone could take a look, and I’m so glad I did. It wasn’t a straightforward problem, but they came out promptly, ruled out lots of potential causes (I actually learnt a lot in the process!), and had my computer in the office for further testing. They were consistently quick to respond, always turned up when they said they would, and were super helpful throughout. In the end, we got to the bottom of the issue and they also guided me in choosing a new computer that better suits the demands of my job. Friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. Highly recommend!

We’re HR specialists not IT… a quick message to these guys and all was resolved the next day! Amazing service, done quickly, and competitively priced.    Couldn’t recommend these guys more if I tried. Had a major hard drive error that they diagnosed, replaced and transferred my data within less than 24 hours as I discussed my stressful situation with them. Very polite, professional and fair prices in my opinion. They can help with ANY computer related problems and from what I’ve heard, they can do a lot more (software development and web design for big companies).    I have little or no idea with computers. I had an irritating issue with my laptop so just before I smashed it with a hammer I decided to run it over to FHJ on the Bromfield. They close at 5.30 ish and I arrived about 5pm. I was offered a coffee while I waited and within 15 minutes one of the staff, Lewis had identified and rectified the problem while I waited, he even helped me set up my GoPro. Top gent. Very reasonable rates. I could not have been more impressed, friendly & professional, great service and if I have any more PC issues I'll take my custom to these guys. Spot on.
