I took my engagement ring in today to be resized. I received a phone call about an hour later to say it was ready to be collected. When I picked it up I couldn’t believe it! The ring fit perfectly and it had had a thorough clean. It looked brand new again. Thank you so much and I will be calling in again soon to get my wedding ring cleaned.
Well pleased. They know they're stuff. Did a brilliant job of rebuilding clasp and ends due to wear on my old chain making it even stronger, repair job was done within 24h also polished it making it shine like new making me a happy chappie and I'd definitely use again. Thank you!
Brilliant service. The owner was so knowledgeable and helpful, being able to resize an engagement ring in just under two hours. The finished product looked flawless, would highly recommend Uncles. Will be using again in the future for any cleaning/polishing.

Brought two rings to be repaired, one of which was a slight size adjustment also. He was super thorough going over things with me and making sure I would get the correct size. Not only were they ready very quickly, but they were returned to me so so shiny, with the scuffs buffed out of the big one! I don't think they ever looked so good. The price was well worth it for the customer service and the fantastic work done. I will definitely be back when I next break one lol. Absolutely fantastic work! Thankyou so so so much! (this is my dodgy happy face, and the photo does not do justice to just how shiny these rings actually came out).
Had 2 gold bracelets fixed and 3 rings made bigger, was going on a weekend away, and he did everything he could so I could take my jewellery with me , the price was brilliant and a fantastic service, would definitely recommend.
Mark did an amazing job. My rings had to be cut off and the engagement ring had broken in 2 places. I didn’t think they’d be able to be repaired and within 2 hours they came back looking brand new! So happy and impressed. Would highly recommend!
