   Got my engagement ring from a well known jewellery giant and was told when taking it for cleaning that the diamond was spinning means the claws holding it in place had become slack. They wanted to send it away as they use off site jewellers and said it would be £15 on the day with the view to it being priced up as more than that. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to get it back. After having to have it reshanked only 18m ago I didnt want to send it away again so contacted off the chain and they agreed to take a look. They completed the work free of charge and we collected it the same day! Such an amazing service and family ran business. Thank you so so much

   Just received my earrings back after a repair, they where polished and look brand new the repair is excellent , I also took my husbands watch for a new battery which was fixed in a couple of minutes and cost £9.00 , I had a battery fitted in my watch in Timpsons a few months ago and it was £25.00 .I know where I will be going in the future. Excellent customer service can highly recommend

   I took a ring that my nan had left me when she passed away to be resized to fit. Was quoted a price which was very reasonable and told would be ready about a weeks time. Had a message 3 days later to say it was ready. I am made up with the ring now I can wear it. It looked like a brand new ring. Service from start to finish was fantastic. Will definitely be using Aaron again. Great prices and fantastic work.
