   I had my watch repaired by David Moss Jewellers and couldn’t be happier with the service. They sent it away for the necessary parts, kept me updated at every stage, and explained clearly what was required. They told me it would take three weeks and, true to their word, it was ready exactly on time. When I collected it, the watch had also been cleaned up and looked fantastic. The price for the work was very fair considering the quality of service provided. Brilliant experience from start to finish – highly recommended!

   I highly recommended David and his team for anyone looking for skill, honesty, and exceptional service. After some disappointing issues with my engagement ring from the original jeweller who was NOT David Moss (the stone kept moving out of alignment and the sapphire was oriented in a different direction to my original request), I decided to have it remodelled 4 years later — and I couldn’t be happier that I chose David. From the very first meeting, he took the time to really listen, understood exactly what I was hoping for, and reassured me that the flaws from the original design could be corrected, giving me the ring I always wanted. He kept me updated every step of the way, from discussing what I wanted design wise, to ordering different settings to achieve what I hoped for. He explained the process clearly and made me feel involved in the transformation. This process, of course took time, but it was well worth the wait. The result? A ring I truly love. He not only fixed the problems, but created something that’s beautifully made, comfortable to wear, and even more special than I imagined. His craftsmanship and customer care have been second to none. I highly recommend David and his team.

   I always go to this jewellers whenever I need a watch battery and have received excellent service. In addition, I called in today asking them to make a minor adjustment to the bracelet of my watch. They did it straight away while I waited and did not charge me for it, despite me being willing to pay. Highly recommended!

   I went to many of the high street jewellers for my engagement and wedding rings last year and didn’t quite find what I wanted and then looked at local jewellers and found David Moss. I’m so glad I did, David and his staff, particularly Bev, are so welcoming and wanting you to find exactly what you want without any pressure at all. I was so impressed that when I lost a diamond from a ring I had with great sentimental value, the only person I would trust it with was David. My daughter then took her friend there who bought an inexpensive chain for a locket she had and they took the time to find the right one for her, first class service always, whatever the spend. What a lovely team and so nice to be able to support a local business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this jewellers and their team and will definitely be back. Thank you David and Bev!

   Our experience with David Moss Jewellers was second to none. From the moment of walking into the shop, David and his staff were extremely welcoming. David spent time explaining to us the different materials and stones with regards to the engagement ring. The ring was finished to a great quality and price, nothing was too much to ask of him.

   I had my wife’s Engagement ring, Wedding Ring and my own wedding ring designed and manufactured at David Moss Jewellers. He is very precise and accurate with his work, everything he does he does to his own high standards. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Considering that the rings were bespoke made the price is very reasonable . The rings 4 weeks to make, and were presented lovely very high quality boxes. I would defiantly recommend!!!
