   I had a fantastic experience at Joseph’s in Ormskirk! It’s always great to find a family-run business that treats you well and offers high-quality service. They go the extra mile with their friendly approach and knowledge, which definitely makes a big difference compared to impersonal chain stores. Plus, hearing that my friend’s daughter got a beautiful engagement ring there too, really speaks volumes about their quality and design. It’s hard to beat that personal touch! Strongly recommend Joseph’s of Ormskirk, they will not disappoint.

   I took a white gold necklace in which had a Broken link. I was told it would cost £15 to repair. After the repair it broke again and I took it back and was told it had not broken in the same place but that it was not worth repairing the necklace as it will break in many different places in the future. My problem is that I am annoyed that this was not shared with me in the beginning before I paid for the repair. The gentleman at the counter said they would repair it for 10 instead of 15. I am rather annoyed about this.

   I have today, picked up the most stunningly beautiful bespoke ring from Joseph's. I would like to thank everyone there and especially Sean who have provided the most brilliant service. I left three rings of sentimental value with them and they created something for me way beyond my expectations. The attention to detail, the communications and professionalism makes it very easy for me to highly recommend this lovely jewellers. Thank you again.

   3 years ago I went into Joseph’s of Ormskirk with some of my mums broken and un-wearable pieces of Jewellery. I asked if they could make it into a Button ring (as I am a seamstress and a Button collector) and a matching Button bangle. Shaun and his team talked me through the whole journey nothing was too much trouble, very professional. There team went to work and created 2 unique and beautiful pieces of jewellery for me. I loved them that much I decided to get a matching necklace and a pair of earrings made with the rest of my mums jewellery. Very personal and unique to me. It was my 25th wedding anniversary so I asked Shaun and is team to make me my Eternity ring again they talked me the through the whole design. It slot’s beautifully into my Engagement ring of which they replaced a diamond. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSEPHS OF ORMSKIRK I would never go anywhere this is my jewellers. A massive Thank you ❤️

   Amazing local jewellers. The wedding ring they made for me fits perfectly with my engagement ring as it's an alternative shape. Everyone comments on how wonderfully my 2 rings fit together! They kept in touch with me through the whole process and I I fully trusted them when I left them with my engagement ring. All the staff are such genuinely lovely people and I will definitely be using them again!

   Staff extremely helpful I needed my engagement ring resizing and the diamonds tightened after I caught my finger on a door handle! They did the repairs within 48 hrs and at a reasonable price. I would definitely go back for future repairs and they have some beautiful jewelry to purchase too! Great shop, not run of the mill.
