I visited Swarvoski yesterday whilst at cheshire oaks and was served by Kerys and Helen. Very friendly service from them and helped us with our purchase with ease. Highly recommend.
Went into Swarovski for a small gift, a lovely lady called Dawn approached Me to see if I needed any help, I was just looking, I found something I liked and asked Dawn could she help Me, went over and above even though I wasn't spending any large amount, she's an absolute credit to Your store, I will be contacting Swarovski directly with some feedback, thank You, makes the day so much better,
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Unreasonable Return Policy I purchased a necklace for my wife to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and, as a precaution, kept the receipt in case she preferred a different style. While she loved the gift, she wanted to exchange it for the same necklace in a different colour. When she went to do so, she was told an exchange wasn’t possible without the original packaging. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had discarded the dark, unappealing box it came in and instead presented the necklace in a nicer, white box for gifting. There was no indication from staff at the time of purchase that the packaging would be necessary for a return — a crucial detail that should have been clearly communicated. Expecting customers to pore over fine print on a receipt after purchase, rather than being properly informed at the counter, is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful when my wife attempted to exchange the item. In the end, we were left with a perfectly good gift, a valid receipt, and no reasonable way to make a simple exchange. This has left both of us incredibly disappointed, and frankly, disrespected. If you're planning to shop here for a gift, be extremely cautious — their policies are rigid, poorly communicated, and the customer service experience was among the worst I’ve encountered. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
Excellent service and support throughout the buying process. The team was extremely helpful, offering clear guidance and knowledgeable advice to help me choose the perfect pieces. They were patient, attentive, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. I appreciated the professionalism and care they showed definitely a standout experience!
This is for the two lovely ladies who dealt with my “failed” refund today. You had a calm and composed manner about yourself. You did exceptionally well. The manageress had a lovely aura about her and was patient in explaining things. The other lady by the manageress was the same. Had the patience of a saint. All I wanted to say is sorry for being insistent. I shouldn’t have troubled you the way I did. I was just sad and disappointed. You were right all the way through and I am wrong. However, the young assistant who served lacked the minimum manners, knowledge about exchange policy and etiquette. I do not think she should be working in a customer service role. Not surprised there is another dissatisfied review about her. To the manageress “Thank you for your kindness. It’s probably a self-serving act to reject it. I should’ve rejected it a bit more politely”. To the lady who was with the manageress towards the end of the shift “Thank you for being patient and kind. If I didn’t write this review, I probably won’t be able to forgive myself.” All in all, you both were almost amazing at dealing with a difficult customer - “me”. Devoid of the prejudices and pre-conceptions, your service could’ve been perfect. To the young girl “This is not the job for you mate. Do yourself a favour and try something else which isn’t customer facing. Sorry once again. Hope you could forgive me.

Great range of products, and huge discounts on typical retail prices. Staff were friendly too, making for a great experience.
Lacking basic customer service. Walked in smiled at a sales assistant who was chatting to a colleague, I wasn’t acknowledging at all. The store isn’t big, so I was able to here their entire gossipy conversation as I looked around. I wasn’t approached once. If there had been a bit more effort I would have asked to have a closer look at something, I was shopping for my wedding earring and I did see something I liked. I was one of 2 customers in there, there was 4 members of staff on the floor , its not hard to provide basic customer service. Put me right off.
