I took my Tag watch in to have the battery changed on Saturday 29/12/25. The lady behind the counter checked my watch before giving me the receipt and telling me it would be ready in approximately 30 mins. I returned about 40mins later to pick it back up, The lady said that there was a problem, when screwing to crown back in the hands carried on turning so was unable the set the time!! But a service at nearly £300 would fix the problem. I told her the watch was fine when I took it in to have the battery changed, she even checked it. I now have an expensive watch, that no longer works. Not impressed to say the least!!! I have tried to message them on their website twice and had no reply (through the contact us page)
EXCELLENT as on every other time. Very helpful, goes above and beyond. "Jenny" was brilliant and a lovely, helpful person. Always go here and will continue to. Can not say enough positive things.
Absolutely brilliant service! Went to Timpsons and they broke the watch i brought to them and the watch lab fixed it straight away! Highly recommend! Staff member was very polite.
I went to get my citizen watch battery changed at the watch lab warrington I was served by a lady called Jenny. She was very helpful and informative and gave excellent customer service I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my future watch repairs here. Jameel
Shocking they way they treat you. Wedding ring repair. Took my money, then went into liquidation and couldn't locate my ring when i contacted the liquidator. Then they reopen again. Then they ring me up saying ive got to pay an extra £90 on top of what I paid at the start to complete the work. Refused to pay the extra, as a price is a price. So was told to collect the ring and they will refund me. Complete and utter shambles. Just find somewhere else.
Been to the kiosk in Warrington today and whilst I was waiting with my step mum Jenny said she would clean my jewellery for free Jenny was lovely and did all of our rings and earrings service with a smile too
5 star service. Had watch battery replaced, links removed from another watch and sun glasses fixed - all in less than 45 minutes. Jordan was Grade A. Really appreciate it, Thanks
I've been there today to check out an old and inexpensive watch if they can fix it. Charlie has helped me to found it out if it could work again for no charge. Unfortunately, he could not save it from the tip, but at least could explained why and the fact that they aren't able to order a replacement to it. Thanks for your service today.
My new watch strap needed adjusting when i enquired Jenny the Branch Manager recommended 3 links to be removed, its now a perfect comfortable fit. Jenny also offered to clean 3 diamond rings for me and they look amazing !! Thank you . Jenny is very professional and her customer service is excellent . Definitely recommend !!
