I lost my beautiful little old dog yesterday and I was looking for a little locket to put her fur in. I asked the young girl what was inscribed on the locket I saw and she told me and then asked who was it for, I couldn't reply for fear of crying as some people don't consider pet loss a big thing. But she was amazing truly amazing, what a beautiful soul to spend time with me when my heart was breaking especially on New years eve of all days. Thank you, I wish I got your name x
Service was amazing, we were served by Alex who was able to walk myself through my option for wedding bands, telling me about the different finishes and how to keep them in a good condition. I came into the Southport branch looking for an eternity ring for my wife. I was assisted by Beverly and Alex as I had 2 rings that I had in mind. Beverly was very quick to get both rings out to show me, both Alex and Beverly gave me very good advice and I could tell that excellent customer service was paramount to her. Without hesitation I brought the ring that would go best with my wife's engagement ring and wedding band. Sadly I had to return the eternity ring due to damage. Both Alex and Beverly were again very happy to help. I also wanted the have the wedding band resized which they said they could do. Ann called and said that the work shop needs the engagement ring to ensure that the wedding band was a perfect fit. On dropping the engagement ring off Ann made me aware the eternity was had been replaced due a fault in the ring, she assured me that the ring would get sent to the workshop that day. I received a call from Alex to say the rings were back at the branch. I went to pick them up and I was greated with smiles and and a hello by both Alex and Ann who knew who I was from my previous visits to the branch. The service I received from all three members of staff was nothing lest than out standing and I would recommend Southport H Samuels to anyone.
I went to H Samuel to get ideas for a wedding band, the type of band I was looking for would need to be a wishbone style for it to fit with my engagement ring - which is vintage and I was struggling with getting a match. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted in store, but Alex told me about their bespoke service and getting one made for me is something they could offer. Alex was super helpful, professional and attentive to everything I asked for. Because of this, I now have the perfect ring with no adjustments necessary! My engagement ring was returned with my bespoke ring and in better condition than when sent. Cannot recommend more and the service received was amazing. Thank you Alex and the team☺️
My wife visited the store a couple of weeks ago as I lost my charger for a watch, even though they didn't sell them in the store the staff were so very helpful and advised her how to get one, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the manager. Will definitely visit this store again and again.
Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Offered assistance from Alex, who showed me what I asked to see. Bought a diamond heart chain and matching earrings. Gift wrapped to boot. No pushy sales talk just showed me around. Thank you Alex, a credit to your store
