Bought a gift that was no good. Refused exchange due to it being earrings, was not made aware of this during purchase and then told “the policy is on the wall” joke.
I visited this store today because my daughter broke up a beautiful necklace that I got on Mother's Day a year ago and I felt very bad without it. The lady in the store was very helpful and polite, and she surprised me in how she helped me that I ran out of words, I was totally stunned that I forgot the name of this lady. Thank you very much, you are a very kind person.
My wife and I visited the shop on Saturday and the system the staff operated in order to make the transactions easy worked wonderfully well. All the staff were welcoming , friendly and engaging , so much so that we actually bought more than we intended to do . I highly recommend this store !
Polite and friendly team in the southport store. Very helpful making nothing feel to much trouble. Would have bought more items if they were in my size.
Before making a big purchase I check online to see if there are any NHS discounts. Somewhere I saw that Warren James did. I popped in to check what ID I would need to purchase a new wedding ring for my husband the following day. The lady I asked was so rude and i was so shocked that i ended up apologising for asking. I bought from H Samuel instead. I wonder if staff are on commission it would have been one of the most expensive items in the store
I bought 2 necklaces both the same back in December 2021 a few days later one snapped and the next day so did the other I was gutted as of how beautiful they was. I’m not sure if I would be still able to return them both as I forget to take them when I’m in the area I have proof of purchase of both of them. Apart from that they have an amazing selection and personally the staff was really nice and helpful
Horrible and disgusting customer service, zero tolerance and horrible problem solving skills, tried returning and exchanging a necklace and earring which was purchased as a gift for me as it wasn’t my style in less than an hour of purchase. Said she will exchange the necklace and not the earring as per company’s hygiene policy which wasn’t mentioned at the time of purchase. And If common sense, what will I do with a different piece of earring and necklace? Now left with a jewellery I would never wear. She mentioned to me to present it to someone else as a Christmas gift, how can you gift out something meant to be for you. While walking out of the store she said how rude, had to ignore the clueless lady as I couldn’t be bothered with her horrible attitude. Never going to be buying anything from the store ever! This happened in the Southport store btw.
Fantastic selection of jewellery. All at amazing prices. Some lovely gold and silver items. Choose from necklaces, earrings, bracelets, bangles, rings and more. Diamond and cubic zirconia. Some lovely gift boxes available too. Always wish i had more money to spend when i go in this shop.
