Very let down I paid £25 for a ring valuation which Was promised in A few days it is now over a month still no sign of it. Tried to ring several times no reply and no facility to leave a message very poor service
I drive for 2 hours to go to Wrights, sometimes 3 hours with traffic. Easily the best jewellers I have ever been to, and the only one I will ever use now.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again, the product is beautiful and fairly priced.I purchased through them remotely, which let's face it you'd feel could be a risk but don't worry. They are so honest and were responsive to my questions regarding shipping and the product itself.

I went into get a watch battery,the service was like I was buying a vey expensive piece of jewellery. I asked could they fx my husbands chain and rodium plate my engagement ring. Fantastic workmanship and all done within an hour. The price was very reasonable in fact I had to remind them they had not taken money for the battery. THIS SHALL BE THE JEWELLERS FOR ME. I am going back for a watch strap
