Fabulous store , staff are just the best on the oaks and the bags and jewellery are top quality . The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly it’s always a pleasure to visit and purchase some lovely presents for family . Thanks guys , keep up the good work you’re all 5⭐️

Visited the Fossil Cheshire Oaks store earlier today met with absolutely 10/10 service from Jane. I definitely feel brilliant service should be acknowledged and Jane couldn't have been more helpful. I visit the store every two years or so to buy a watch as the quality and service is always second to none. This time wasn’t too keen on any of the watches on display so asked if they were all and was shown some from the back that hadn’t long been delivered to the store. In the end choosing and purchasing one I was shown then also having it engraved too. Thanks again will definitely be back next time.
Phoned the Cheshire Oaks Fossil store and spoke to Jane to source a smartwatch as I left it to long to buy online and became out of stock spoke to Jane at Cheshire Oaks fossil and she sourced were there 3 were in stock at a store in Scotland and gave me the store contact details and contacted them and couldn't of helped enough at both stores (Fossil at Cheshire oaks and Watch Staion in Livingston.). Payment taken and delivered next day with free derlivery. Couldn't asked for anymore with great service. Thanks again especially to Jane at Cheshire oaks and Patrick at Livingston store.
I'm a lifetime Fossil fan. And of course I couldn't miss visiting this shop. So the verdict is - highly recommend it! Beautiful displays, prices are a real bargain, and I absolutely disagree with negative reviews about the staff - all down to the last person have always been lovely and personable, and when I brought an expensive satchel back (hubby's unwanted Christmas gift) on the verge of return window - not a peep. By far it's one of the loveliest shops in Cheshire Oaks!

You then offered a further discount when registering our email address. Not only 1 bag for my birthday but 2 it is. Can't beat the bargain. By far one of the worst shops in Cheshire oaks, the staff actually treat you like a shoplifter as soon as you walk in, they do not greet you at all or say a word simply shadow around the shop seemingly ready to pounce on you. We actually came in to buy quite a few items but I refuse to spend my money in such a joke of a shop!
See trustpilot. Company is set up to disappoint. Faulty product, online support useless. No better in store. At least would've expected some troubleshooting or offer of refund or return/exchange via delivery but offered zero support whatsoever.
Second time visiting the shop on my annual Christmas shopping visit, I spoke to Jane which I believe was the assistant manager with the intention of purchasing one watch for myself. I walked out with two brand new watches and love them both! Jane is an absolute credit to the Fossil brand and company and lovely to see someone in retail, as busy as the shop was, still able to provide impeccable customer service and a good laugh which always helps sales!
I wanted to find a wallet from this shop today, just want to say all the staff were lovely and helpful. The price of the quality products are excellent and in sale at the time. I got a wallet embossed with my initials too, the lady that sold and embossed my wallet was Hedi, excellent customer service and extremely professional and she could have made me spend more if I had the time... Sadly the cinema was calling. Just ace shop, products and staff... Well done
