   The lady who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful with swapping a bracelet I had been gifted that was too big, and given it was a gift I’d received on my mums funeral and had gone outside of the 30 days, it was no problem for her to sort and still being friendly as I’m sure it’s not ideal to sort sometimes. I’d fully recommend this shop over the one at Cheshire Oaks as the staff there aren’t approachable at all. The name on my receipt says Jayne - long dark brown hair and glasses ☺️

   I was served by a trainee and if it wasn't for the badge I wouldn't have guessed. She was amazing, so chatty and lovely with me. The lady she was with was also equally as lovely. The name on the receipt is Katie, I cannot recommend her enough!

   The member of staff that served me was very nice and helpful. But they only had one bracelet in stock that I wanted. I was told that they could not order it in for me, and that I should look on the internet. The one I wanted was £45. I ended up having to order it online but had to pay £5 more for delivery. Which I have found not fair at all. When surely a Pandora shop can order more in themselves. Bit of a con really
