    I purchased two Montblanc pens and a wallet. Since the color I liked was out of stock, I reluctantly chose a pen in a different color. As soon as the color I wanted became available, they contacted me immediately and arranged an exchange. I especially have to give credit to Jennie — she was truly very helpful. I’ll be returning to Turkey soon, but I will never forget this store. I bought some wonderful gifts for myself. ✨

    I visited Lumbers back in April as I wanted to redesign/upgrade my engagement ring. I had previously sent an email about the design I originally wanted, and this is where I met Tony! After a really in depth conversation I had chosen my new ring!! During this process Tony has gone above and beyond to help make sure that everything was just perfect! There has been a few issues with the ring, but this is at the fault of the supplier. During this process Tony has been fabulous at advocating for me to ensure that my new ring is perfect! I can’t wait to see what my new ring is going to look like, but knowing that Tony helped with this and the design holds more value to me!! I really cannot fault everything Tony has done for me, I really do appreciate it. I have been a long returning customer and will continue to do so!! I would highly highly recommend Tony to anyone who is looking for something truly special!!

    I have been into this store twice in the last 12 months. First time I received a very cold welcome. I was looking to buy a luxury watch but the one I wanted wasn't available, the chap I spoke to said he might be able to get it by the new year. I didn't hear anything so ended up buying from Pragnells. This was a bit of a shame and I would have thought touching base with me at some point would be good practice. I am now in the market for a further watch and thought I would visit again. After another even worse welcome (perhaps its the way I look) I tried on a couple of Tudors and the one I really liked wasn't available as it was reserved for another customer. Then it wasn't! and I could have purchased it that day. I was confused, was it really reserved or that that untrue. Or would this company be willing to let me have it and leave a repeat client (their words) disappointed? Either way I needed to think before parting with £3000 so I took a business card and then followed up with an email to say I was looking to buy either that model or put me on a waiting list. this was a couple of weeks and no reply so back to Pragnells I guess.

    If it wasn't for the lovely sales assistant Julia that we have dealt with up until today, I would give 0 stars, so this star is purely for her. After calling to enquire about cancelling an order, I was met with a rather rude gentleman who continued to speak over me, would not let me explain and continued to be aggressive over the phone. I would rather lose the deposit we paid, than deal with a company who allow a staff member to treat customers terribly. I am sorry if this gentleman was having a bad day, but it doesn't excuse poor attitude.

    Dear Dominic Gomersall I visited Lumbers to replace a gold chain for my wife's sentimental necklace. I had to wait a few weeks for the chain to be shortened but wasn't notified when it it ready to collect, I had to enquire. Upon collection I was shocked to received it in a horrible plastic bag. I was more than happy to pay extra for a gift wrapped box for my wife but wasn't even given the option, presentation means a lot!! I visited Lumbers for a quality service but found myself disappointed, although I was happy with the product.
