   I have been buying beautiful Jewellery from Ruth for over 30 years and I am delighted with every piece I have ever bought. What makes the shop so wonderful is how friendly and attentive the staff are, they have always gone above and beyond to make me feel appreciated as a customer. Their attentiveness and professionalism is impeccable. In all honesty, I cant have a trip into Wrexham without visiting Martin Rees even if it is just to have a look at what new treasures they have. Perfect shop. They recently did a repair for me which was done very quickly and at a great price.

   Definitely do not recommend this shop went there and spent my money on a coin that they had when I bought this coin. The deal went smoothly when I rang up to buy more coins. She told me Face she didn't want to sell to me no more and and she placed the phone down on me I find this old lady very ignorant and very arrogant. She tells me to go back to my own place and buy Golf from there. I promise you I have did nothing wrong but only willing to spend my money with these people. I do not recommend anybody to go to the shop and spend their money with these people very arrogant very ignorant and don't appreciate customers values will never shop again definitely don't recommend. I have contacted these people once again all the rest of the ladies in this shop is absolutely beautiful but the old lady would physically work there still remains the same. She told me she said she is sorry for treating me this way but yet she still said she was refusing to sell me and the gold coins. She told me she was the one what was in the fault and I also have this also on the tape recording I recorded the conversation for my own safety. I think she's bang out of order disrespectful towards customers and I don't recommend anybody to deal with this old lady, very bad attitude all I wanna do is business but yet she still refuse to sell. Don't know why she said there was no reasons why but yet she still told me she didn't want to sell any coins to me. If anybody please could read this and understand and see it was in the wrong or who was in the right I am deeply hate and confused why this old lady won't tell me any coins

   I love this shop! Excellent choice of jewellery at affordable prices. 5% loyalty scheme which adds more savings. The staff are always lovely and very helpful. We have bought various items of gold jewellery, mens & women's, and have never been disappointed. There is also a 12 months warranty for second hand items which is reassuring. I don't shop anywhere else!
