   I met Lee at his shop in early 2024 (he was in the arcade back then). Having had no idea where to start engagement ring shopping he sat me down and talked through everything, from quality of diamond, to natural vs lab grown, to gold vs platinum and after 2 hours had flown by, I happily made my order for the ring. He made it to the design I wanted in the tight timeframe I needed, the ring exceeded my expectations and the personal service has been amazing. Since the engagement myself and my now wife went back to get our wedding rings made together and once again Lee was able to bring our vision to life on what we wanted. Not only that but I described the kind of new watch I wanted for the wedding, and Lee sourced the perfect one for me too. I will always go back to Lee after this and could not recommend visiting his new shop on Lord Street enough. Top man.

   Lee has done a couple of jobs for us now. I lost an earring so he made a new one for me exactly the same...in fact I can't tell which is the new one. The other work he did was to design and make my husband's wedding ring. We were completely satisfied with everything he has done for us. His prices are reasonable and his work immaculate.    My partner spotted a gents diamond ring in the window. We went inside so he could try it on. The knowledge that Lee has about jewelry and diamonds is a credit to himself and his business. Nothing is too much trouble for Lee, he is a true professional and so very friendly. We are both over the moon with our new rings and look forward to seeing you soon.

   Had a couple of rings I was no longer wearing.Went into Shaws jewellery in Southport and spoke with the jeweller about what could be done to remake a new ring. He designed a new model left in his capable hands to surprise me. I was not disappointed. The cost to remodel was more than fair, and the time taken was well before he had estimated. I was more than pleased with the outcome. Can even take the ring back every 6 to 12 maths for cleaning and clasp checks. If you have old jewellery and want a remodel go see this man well worth it.    I visited Shaws Jewellery Workshop this morning, having a scratch removed from a watch bezel, greeted in a very friendly yet professional manner. Was then advised what can be done, how long it would take and the cost, picked my watch up later the same morning, I can only say WOW! So impressed, no trace of where the mark was and the whole case had been polished up and looks beautiful. Jewellery isn't really my thing, however anyone looking for a reliable jewellery repair specialist, look no further, it's here. So to Shaws, a huge thank you from me.

   The band had split on my nans engagement ring so I took it into Shaws on a recommendation. The owner was lovely, very helpful and informative. I left the ring with him and an hour later it had been fixed and re-sized and polished. A fantastic. Job for a really good price. Highly recommend.
