Bought a diffuser and a diffuser gift hamper. Being fragile, the packaging was excellent and arrived in perfect condition. The diffusers are beautiful. I had been searching for the friendship glass type diffusers for a while as I love room scents, but find plain bottles uninspiring for room decoration, and also wasteful if I can buy refills for something I really like. The packaging for the gift set is high quality and ready to give with the flower and the ribbon being lovely touches that set it apart from other gift sites. I tried the Morrocan Rose, and when that is finished, am looking forward to being able to try more of the range of scents.
Such an amazing company!! I have used Natroma for years and have always been so impressed with their products. Their skincare and bath range is beyond perfect- all beautifully decorated with dried flowers, ribbons and intricate embellishments; they are so special to receive and give as gifts. They all smell so amazing and do wonders for my skin, whilst being 100% natural. Great eco credentials packaging wise too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.❤

Amazing products. I was on the hunt for some natural candles and diffusers as I didn't want my flat to be filled with toxic fumes. These were perfect, exactly what I was looking for. The products look elegant, they're extremely well priced and you can tell that care is really put into them - you receive detailed information on each product and each product is packaged beautifully. You are also encouraged to keep the glass containers for the diffusers and to just buy refills which is great. Will 100% be purchasing again.
Fab services, I highly recommend the back and shoulder massage, I have one every month. They also have lovely hand made skin care products and are always there to give advice on them. Always a joy to visit and warm friendly atmosphere.
