   I got my eyebrows threaded and told the eyebrow lady that i wanted only a small tidy up. I also let her know that the lady last time had made my eyebrows straight, but i prefer a slight arch. I asked her to not take too much off. This eyebrow lady then proceeded to make my eyebrows thin and straight (the opposite of what i just asked for AND they weren’t even). when i told her at the end she denied it and said no i took only a little hair off and didn’t even adress the fact that my eyebrows were straight. it’s been MONTHS since i got them threaded and they still haven’t grown out to what they once were. i’m so disappointed because i go here regularly for my eyebrows. she also had a very weird attitude with me from the start. disgusting service.

   From start to finish of my little boys ear piercing, it was outstanding. The lady was soo polite, had a chat with my son and reassured him. Can’t fault the piercing bar at this store. And worth every penny for this experience.

   Visited during the christmas period and staff where good and helpful even though they were very busy, they still tried their best to make time to help everyone and ask if you were ok or needed any help with anything, stock levels were good and had some great offers on at the time.
