   Brought 2 bottles of bleach on 2 for 1 offer. Was charge 3 times and payments deducted off one when I should be charge twice and then payments taken off one. It wont break the bank balance but that's not the point, when I spoke to the cashier about the errors, she was very rude & ignorant, I couldn't get a word in edgeway and she is too stupid to see the mistakes even with the receipt and goods infront of her. She was more interested in standing there chatting with her colleague. I spend a lot every time I shop here but won't again. You lost another customer, hope the shop stays long enough for you to keep your job.

   Love ❤️ this shop as its has branded items at cheaper prices and also have to say that it does have a good selection of stock that it's selling Will also say that the clothes it sell are good to. The only thing I will say about the clothes is that you do get clothing items that once washed a 6 times may 5 shape or become bobble. You get what you pay for !!!! But everything else is really good value for money

   Brilliant for all your non food necessities, although like every where else the prices are creeping up, a lot more products that are more than a pound now. Hate the self service checkouts, they are way too small if you have a lot of shopping to scan and pack and the checkout with cashiers is always painfully slow but it's worth these small 'niggles' to get good products at good prices

   Excellent customer service from Julie H. I had a bunch of items and Julie jumped to helping me ring up the items at the speed of light and pack excellently, customer focused approach. I really appreciated it made my day. Ps Terry choc oranges for a pound 28/04/22 .

   I would put the OLD poundshop at 5 stars, but the new one is rather annoying, now its try to find stuff for a pound, i like the addition of the clothing, thats good, but having to scour the shelves snd find a price is annoying. It was called the pounshop for a reason. Also kerp an eye out as some items youve always purchased, may have changed pack size to keep the price the same

   The staff in this shop honestly go above and beyond julie (saw her name on fb) is absolutley brilliant to just name one she is constantly running around and should be paid the wage of at least 3 staff members she is an asset. The shop is maintained well although i don't like the new layout and starting to get disappointed with stock and price rises. The staff are great so Thank you to them all.
