   I would like to say that Kunil is superb. He did spend lot of time supporting me as my requirements and dates kept changing. He was patient and persevere. Finally I was able to confirm and book all my tickets to my satisfaction. I have used Civic Travel many times over last 6 years. They have never let me down. Book through agent as if something goes wrong, they are there to help. I had to contact CIVIC Travel from India and they sorted things out. May 2024 Once again I had the pleasure of using Civic Travel. I had forgotten how good they are. I did significant booking today and it was done to my full satisfaction (Business class). Once again my route kept changing but Kunil was cool and persevered. June 2024, Kunil has booked a brilliant hotel in the centre of Kula lumpur. Perfect location. Next stop Bali and then Singapore. Everything hotels, flights booked by Kunil include all transfers. Thanks mate for your patience.. Roll forward to 2025 Kunil just organised 14 night travel to Sri Lanak. Working with local agents they came up with fantastic itinerary. We just came back and confirm that this was best holiday organised by Civic Travel. They had allocated fantastic driver who was kind and helpful he looked after us for 14 days. His driving was safe. We stayed in superb hotels and the cost of entire holiday was significantly less then some of well know companies like Thomas cook or Audley. Once again I would reccomend Civic Travel to cater for your holiday need.

   Had excellent and prompt service from civic travel especially from Kulin Desai. I was quoted £3200 for 4 flights, Ruling managed to get me all four for £710 with a good airline and convenient flight times. Kulin was very helpful when I messed up which airport to fly to and cancelled and reorganised the two flights affected. I am thoroughly happy I went to civic travel

   I don't even think any rating is deserved for this company. They say they are so called registered agents but they are not bonded company, so be careful if you buy flight tickets or book any package holiday. They are just a middle person charging huge amounts of fees.

   Excellent customer service. I first used the agency approximately 2 months ago, after a family recommendation. The process was smooth, the team are friendly and importantly, they were very responsive after the booking. Even though my next trip (which is a few weeks away) could very easily be booked online and at the same/similar price range, I preferred to go into Civic Travel due to my previous experience. I would highly recommend using them which says a lot given this day and age of being able to book flights and/or hotel rooms online and at the comfort of your home.
